Bluegrass Care Navigators Names Tiffany Hollon Executive Director of Hazard Regional Office
(HAZARD, Ky.) – Bluegrass Care Navigators is pleased to announce the selection of Tiffany Hollon as the executive director of the organization’s Hazard regional office.
In her role, Hollon will oversee hospice care operations across ten eastern Kentucky counties, where Bluegrass Care Navigators provides hospice care to more than 1,110 patients each year. A Bluegrass Care Navigators team member since 2011, Hollon most recently served as the nursing supervisor for the regional office.
“Tiffany is talented leader who embraces the mission of Bluegrass Care Navigators in her daily work,” said AVP of Eastern Kentucky Operations Monica Couch. “She will be instrumental in our continued growth as we work to provide comforting care to the seriously ill.”
Hollon is a native of Jackson, Kentucky, and is a graduate of Breathitt County High School. She earned her ADN from Hazard Community and Technical College, and holds a BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University.
“I hope to continue the impact Bluegrass Care Navigator’s has achieved across eastern Kentucky by connecting patients and families to our specialized care,” said Hollon. “Additionally, I am eager to support our team as they grow in their roles, and attract more talented clinicians to join our mission.”
Bluegrass Care Navigators provides hospice care in 32 counties across central, eastern and northern Kentucky. In addition, the agency supports those facing serious illness or chronic disease with private duty nursing, home primary care, transitional care, adult day health care, and palliative care services.
