What is Lifeline?

Lifeline is a simple personal medical alert service that helps to ensure older and disabled adults living at home get quick assistance – 24/7, every day. Lifeline helps people to live on their own securely, with confidence.

Simple to Use

When you need help, just press the waterproof personal help button you wear as a pendant. A certified Lifeline monitor will respond immediately and summon the right help, which could be a neighbor, relative or emergency responders.

You can also reduce your risk of a fall, because Lifeline lets you answer the phone remotely by pressing the help button, which turns on the speakerphone.

Falls Alert Device

If you fall, it automatically calls for help. This service can be included on the medical alert pendant.
