Who Qualifies?
- Kentucky Medicaid or Kentucky Managed Care (MCO) as part of your insurance plan
- Age 3+
- Diagnosed with incontinence, as a secondary diagnosis
- Under a provider’s care
Not available for those in short- or long-term care facilities. Monthly limits determined by Medicaid.
