As our nation concludes Pride Month 2022, Bluegrass Care Navigators knows the impact we can make on all patients and families we care for, by honoring each individual’s values and focusing on what’s most important to our patients every day as we provide care.

As an organization, we have dedicated intentional resources to ensuring that anyone who needs holistic, interdisciplinary end of life care feels welcomed and have access to our care. While we have much work to do, we seek to align our efforts with our mission, and lead with clarity in our commitment to serving LGBTQ+ communities.
